Warranty:
Apple provides a 1 year warranty on all products. You may have Apple products serviced at any Apple authorized service center. All products excluding PowerBooks come with US warranties only. PowerBook warranties are worldwide. We recommend Apple's extended warranty plan - AppleCare.
Technical Support:
Most Apple computers come with 90 days of toll-free technical support for help with installation, launch and recovery. Beyond that, there are several fee-based support options from which to choose. For most people, we highly recommend using Apple's robust (and expanding) set of web-based technical support resources. These include Technical Information Libraries, help pages (Getting Started, Solving Problems), Technical Exchanges, and e-mail subscriptions for tips, hints and ideas.
